16 LBS!!

SO I THOUGHT I WOULD LET YALL KNOW HOW THINGS HAVE BEEN GOING FOR ME. RIGHT NOW I AM DOING 45 MIN OF CARDIO A DAY AND THEN DOING AN EXTRA 20-40 MIN 3 TIMES A WEEK. I DO ABOUT 800 CRUNCHES A DAY AS WELL AS CHANGE MY DIET UP EVERY TWO WEEKS.

~ STARTED OUT AT 169 LBS

~ AFTER 2 MONTHS I AM PROUD TO SAY I AM 5' 7'' AND 153 LBS!! (AT THE BEGINNING OF THIS WEEK I WAS 157 LBS AND LAST WEEK I WAS 159 LBS!!) THIS IS THE FIRST TIME IN 4 YEARS THAT I HAVE BEEN UNDER 160 SOMETHING!! I HAVE TO SAY THAT I AM PROUD!!

yayayayayayay!!! i'm so proud of you Abby you are doing great! i think it's funny that you are losing what i'm gaining with Cash heehee! :O) i go to the dr. on friday and then i will see "the damage" done on the scale thus far! i really have to try and be good this week because friday i have to do the glucose screen test thing...for diabetes? something like that. i hear if you "fail" you have to go back and be there for hours getting blood drawn! :O(

Congrats!!! That is fantastic!!! And it sounds like you're really in the grove with your workouts. The more you do it the easier it gets, like you're forming a workout habit. You're gonna be sooo skinny in November!
