I AM IN THE MIDDLE OF WEEK 3 OF MY WORK OUT. I HATE IT!!!! I AM NOT THE WORK OUT TYPE. I AM SO GLAD THAT KAYLA GOES WITH ME AND HELPS ME THROUGH IT!! I AM UP TO 30MIN OF CARDIO (STARTED OUT AT 15) AND I AM PLANNING ON BUMPING THAT UP TO 40 MIN NEXT WEEK. WE ARE UP TO 200 CRUNCHES THIS WEEK AND WILL BE DOING 300 NEXT WEEK. SO I REALLY SHOULD WAIT TO WEIGH MYSELF TILL AFTER THE WEEKEND.... (IT WILL BE THE END OF WEEK 3) BUT HERE WE GO...........................

~AS OF TODAY I AM 162LBS
~TOTAL LOSS OF 7LBS IN 3 WEEKS (WELL.... 2 & 1/2)
~I HAVE ONLY MISSED 2 DAYS OF WORKING OUT

Wow! That's awesome! Just be careful not to lose too much too fast...remember people tend to put it all back on and then some when they do that. Very proud of you!!!
